new use for dslr

This article explains how Tim Burton's Corpse Bride was shot entirely with a Canon 1D MkII still camera. They tried a Nikon, but the 1D MkII had less noise, so they had to rig a Canon mount adapter for all their Nikkor lenses (one reason not to "invest" $90,000 in lenses!).

The Nikon-Canon wars rage on.

But one side is clearly winning.
